Sohrab Nicholson aka Landslands and Kunaal Kyhaan Seolekar aka KOYTOBOY collaborate for Lemon Drops

Mumbai, 21^st April 2021: From the creative mindscape of singer-songwriter and composer Sohrab Nicholson and multi-disciplinary artist Kunaal Kyhaan Seolekar, presenting their independently released Single “Lemon Drops”. Two distinctive artists from varied backgrounds have collaborated to create a track that journeys a sensual, passion-filled night echoed in Nicholson’s versatile vocals and Kyhaan’s sultry rap.

The music video is a visual collage of aesthetically framed moments capturing the artistic expression of the creative director Kunaal Kyhaan in a surreal dream world of beauty and mysticism adorned in exotic fashion and magical sets. KOYTOYBOY x Landslands is a collaborative effort, combining the creative expression of two best friends with strong artistic personas.

Landslands is the moniker of singer-songwriter and film composer Sohrab Nicholson. His first project “Nicholson” with co-collaborators launched at the National Centre for Performing Arts and went on to play at every major venue and festival in the country as well as shows in England, Scotland, the UAE and Kuwait. As a member of Salvage Audio Collective, Sohrab has won a Filmfare Award for Best Background Score for their work alongside Karsh Kale on Gully Boy.

KOYTOYBOY aka Kunaal Kyhaan Seolekar is an award winning multidisciplinary designer based out of Pune. With a degree from the Parsons School of Design, an acting portfolio in Bollywood and having founded studioHAUS & KOY, a contemporary home design brand; the Indian designer has created an elaborate body of work in the design fraternity that has been showcased internationally. Recognised for his bold and playful design, Kunaal Kyhaan has garnered various national and international accolades. Lemon Drops is his debut into the world of music.

Lemon Drops released across all major national and international music platforms on April 18th, 2021 as the collaboration’s first Single. Both artists eager to showcase their recent work, are set to also work with several other artists to curate a collection of EPs and build a body of work that resonates with their individual styles.
