Mumbai, 19th August 2026: unluv, in collaboration with jeevana explores modern distraction and the search for authentic purpose with ‘Parwaaney’, a thought-provoking new release inspired by the timeless metaphor of a moth drawn towards a flame. However, the song gives the familiar parwaana imagery a contemporary twist. Opening with a poignant spoken-word monologue about the meaning of searching for light, ‘Parwaaney’ examines how people often chase superficial and fleeting attractions, only to lose sight of what truly matters. The result is an introspective track that blends existential reflection with a distinctly modern musical perspective.

The music video further brings ‘Parwaaney’ to life through atmospheric visuals filmed independently across the moody landscapes of Goa. Directed by Dharam Joshi, the visual project combines vulnerability with cinematic scale, reflecting the song’s central tension between chasing illusion and finding genuine light. Striking cinematography and colour grading by Shreesh Sahu add another compelling layer to the experience. Together, the music and visuals create an immersive independent project that encourages audiences to look beyond temporary distractions and reconnect with their deeper purpose.
