Trapperx Makes Cannes Debut With Powerful Soundtrack For Ashna Vaswani’s Couture Showcase ‘Into the Wild’

Mumbai, 26^th May 2026: Indian electronic music producer and DJ- Trapperx has made his international debut at the 79^th Cannes Film Festival with ‘Nayaab’, the official soundtrack composed for designer Ashna Vaswani’s couture showcase, Into the Wild.

Created exclusively for Cannes, ‘Nayaab’ an Urdu word meaning rare and extraordinary  was designed to embody the fierce energy of the collection. Inspired by the idea of a modern warrior goddess, the track fuses melodic techno, trap, and house with deep basslines, tribal percussion, cinematic drums, and powerful female vocal textures, creating a bold sonic identity for the runway.

The collection features sculpted brass armor, hand-painted miniature art, traditional Indian craftsmanship, and strong silhouettes that celebrate femininity, resilience, and Indian artistry. The use of brass armor symbolizes strength and the spirit of the modern Indian woman fierce, bold, and deeply connected to her roots.
