Arrows marks debut EP ‘Friends Tonight, Strangers Again’ with host of collaborations

After teasing the EP with two singles, “Fight This Fight” and “Carnaby,” Arrows is now out with his full five-track record

Mumbai, 11th September 2023: What began as just a one-off collaborative song project for his debut single “Spaces” in 2019 for Bombay-based artist David Britto aka Arrows, has now turned into a full-blown living and breathing musical entity. Now, he’s finally ready with his five-track debut EP entitled Friends Tonight, Strangers Again out on all platforms since the 8th of September 2023.

Sharing more about this release, David Britto said, “The EP falls into the rock realm as that’s my forte. When it comes to inspiration, each song on the record has its own story and they aren’t necessarily linked by a particular theme of sorts, but they are cohesively meant to be together sonically. The EP covers themes of hope, living in someone else’s shoes, wanting to do without a particular aspect of life, wanting what you can’t have, and finding peace in oneself.”

On collaborating with so many versatile artists, Britto added, “I am truly blessed that I get to work with some of the best Indian indie artists and I am very grateful that those I’ve asked to be part of this EP, said yes to it in a heartbeat. The EP is nothing without these collaborators, they help bring these songs to life”.
