New Delhi, 17th June 2026: MGMH Academy, the education and knowledge-sharing division of Music Gets Me High (MGMH), has announced that applications are now open for the next batch of “All Access by Ritnika Nayan: The Music Industry Fellowship,” a comprehensive music business management program designed to equip artists, managers, and aspiring music professionals with the practical skills needed to build successful careers in the music industry.

Recognized as one of the comprehensive music business education initiatives, the fellowship offers a deep dive into the commercial, creative, and operational aspects of the music industry. The program covers artist management, live booking, record labels, digital distribution, music publishing, intellectual property, branding, marketing, sponsorships, revenue generation, and festival management. Participants gain hands-on exposure to real-world industry practices through expert-led sessions and interactions with leading professionals from across the music ecosystem.

The fellowship is led by Ritnika Nayan, founder of MGMH and one of India’s most respected music industry professionals. With more than two decades of experience spanning artist management, live events, music distribution, publishing, and industry consultancy, Nayan has worked with globally acclaimed artists and festivals including Guns N’ Roses, Manu Chao, Nucleya, Jungle, Bloc Party, Parov Stelar, Shankar Mahadevan, Amit Trivedi, Lollapalooza India, Bandland Festival, and Ziro Festival of Music.
Designed for artists, entrepreneurs, managers, promoters, and anyone seeking a professional understanding of the music business, the fellowship combines industry knowledge with practical application. Participants will complete a final sponsorship proposal project and receive a certificate in Music Business Management upon successful completion, while also gaining access to MGMH Academy’s growing alumni network.

The upcoming batch begins in September 2026 and will be conducted online over a period of two months, with weekend sessions held on Saturdays and Sundays. Enrollment is limited to just 15 participants per batch, ensuring a highly interactive learning environment. Scholarship opportunities are also available through the BookAChange Music Scholarship initiative, helping make music industry education more accessible to emerging talent.
