Mumbai, 12th September 2025: Genre-bending composer-producer duo Raghav & Arjun return with their latest sonic experiment, Khasma Nu Khaniye — a moody, synth-driven pop track that captures the messy aftermath of modern love. Featuring the striking vocals of Delhi-based artist Amira Gill alongside Raghav’s evocative male vocals, the song weaves traditional Punjabi lyricism into a pulsing new wave production, striking a balance between dancefloor energy and emotional depth.
The track dives into the familiar yet heartbreaking dynamic of unbalanced love, “One lover dives deep, the other swims along in the ocean with one eye set on the shore.”
A sentiment anyone who’s ever loved harder than they were loved back will immediately recognize.
“We’ve tried to weave two sides of the story with equal care, Punjabi lyricism meets synth-pop, deeply personal yet something you can jam to with friends,” share Raghav & Arjun, known for consistently breaking genre boundaries.

A Stellar Collaboration
The lyrics, written by Raghav & Arjun with Manreet Khara, bring poetic intensity to the production, while Prathamesh Dudhane’s mixing gives the track a sleek, polished finish. The visual identity, created by Akshay Nair, includes both the artwork and an accompanying music video, visually echoing the song’s emotional push-and-pull.
Amira Gill, who first caught attention on Coke Studio (2023) and recently featured on Amazon Prime’s Bastards of Bollywood soundtrack alongside Arijit Singh, lends her signature vocal timbre to the track. Her 2025 EP two•seven revealed a more vulnerable side of her artistry, making her the perfect collaborator for this emotionally charged single.
