Nemophilis unveils a bold new sonic chapter with ‘Paralyzed’ from upcoming album Hyōzan

Mumbai, 21st May 2025: Nemophilis recently released their latest single, “Paralyzed,” from their forthcoming album Hyōzan—a distinct departure from the introspective melancholy that has defined much of their earlier work. With this track, the band leans into an unexpected acoustic setting, creating an upbeat yet emotionally charged groove that sets “Paralyzed” apart in the album’s rich sonic landscape.

Shedding somber tones in favor of rhythm and intimacy, “Paralyzed” explores the electrifying interplay between love and lust. Its lyrical depth and emotive delivery immerse listeners in the hazy afterglow of intense intimacy, celebrating vulnerability through a sound that is raw, rhythmic, and refreshingly stripped-back.

“This acoustic reimagining was about rediscovering the emotional weight behind the song,” says Nemophilis. “‘Paralyzed’ allowed us to challenge ourselves—taking a bold creative risk that ultimately helped us connect more deeply with the core of our music.”
