Shefali shares, “The inspiration behind Qatil Teri Har Ada Hai comes from my fascination with the sensuality, mystery, and hypnotic energy of Arabic music. I wanted to explore a sound and aesthetic that was distinctly different from my earlier work, while staying true to my identity as an artist. Having explored the richness of Indian traditional music through songs like Ghoomar and other folk-inspired renditions, this release is my step into a more international, opulent and contemporary musical space”.
