Sidharth Malhotra & Tamannaah’s ‘The Vvaan’ finds a romantic dimension ahead of the release with ‘Samjho Na’

Mumbai, 4th September 2026: The mystery of The Vvaan has found a romantic new dimension with ‘Samjho Na’, the film’s first song. Featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah in their first-ever on-screen romantic pairing, the song offers audiences a fresh glimpse into the emotional world behind the film’s folklore-driven adventure. Released under the Zee Music label, ‘Samjho Na’ shifts the focus from supernatural mystery to romance, highlighting the chemistry between its two leads.

After building curiosity around its mysterious forest setting and fantastical world, The Vvaan now introduces its romantic core. ‘Samjho Na’ brings Sidharth and Tamannaah together in a softer, more intimate setting, revealing a relationship that adds warmth to the film’s larger folklore-fantasy narrative. Their first-time pairing has already become a major talking point around the song, with the fresh chemistry giving audiences another reason to look forward to the film.

The romantic mood of ‘Samjho Na’ is strengthened by an accomplished musical team. Tanishk Bagchi has composed and produced the track, while Jubin Nautiyal and Suvarna Tiwari lend their voices to the song. The lyrics come from Manoj Muntashir, with additional live production by Krishna Kishor. Eric Pillai has handled the mixing and mastering, with Michael Edwin Pillai serving as assistant mix engineer. Jubin Nautiyal describes the song as carrying a beautiful innocence and emotion, while highlighting the freshness brought by Sidharth and Tamannaah’s chemistry.

Opening up about the song, Jubin Nautiyal says, “Samjho Na’ has a beautiful innocence and emotion that I connected with instantly. Tanishk’s melody and Manoj Muntashir’s heartfelt lyrics capture the tenderness of love beautifully, and Suvarna and I truly enjoyed bringing it to life. Backed by TVF’s Arunabh Kumar, director Deepak Mishra and Ektaa Kapoor, The Vvaan aims to take Indian folklore into a new cinematic space. Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, in association with TVF and 11.11 Production, the film combines adventure, mystery, humour, fantasy and romance into a family entertainer. The larger universe has already expanded through The Legend of Vvaan comic book. Starring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah, The Vvaan is set to arrive in cinemas on September 25, 2026, promising audiences a big-screen experience where folklore, music, mystery, romance and spectacle come together.
