LISA Unleashes Action-Packed ‘Tarantino’ Music Video Ahead Of The EP ‘Press Play’
Mumbai, 23rd October 2026: BLACKPINK star LISA is embracing cinematic action with the music video for her latest track, “Tarantino.” Inspired by the bold, high-impact storytelling associated with filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, the visual sees the singer taking on spies and villains in an action-packed narrative. Blending striking visuals with her signature confidence, LISA continues to expand her solo identity through music that draws inspiration from the world of cinema.
The track is part of LISA’s upcoming solo EP, Press Play, scheduled for release on October 23, 2026. The project follows her 2025 debut solo album, Alter Ego, and features “SaWaDiKa,” which arrived earlier this year. With “Tarantino,” LISA builds on the cinematic concept teased through the song’s title and preview, bringing a distinctly film-inspired aesthetic to her latest solo release.

The new release adds another chapter to LISA’s evolving career beyond BLACKPINK. Known for her dynamic performances, dance skills and global pop presence, she has increasingly explored different creative formats, including acting and documentary filmmaking. Her documentary, Always Lalisa, offered audiences a closer look at her first year pursuing solo activities outside the group, highlighting another dimension of her artistic journey.
With Press Play, LISA is continuing to build momentum as a solo artist while experimenting with new sounds and visual storytelling. “Tarantino” places cinematic action at the centre of her latest creative direction, giving fans another glimpse of the world surrounding the EP. The release also arrives ahead of her Las Vegas residency, scheduled to begin on November 12 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
