Mumbai, 1st October 2026: Maddock Films has unveiled the music video for ‘Mere Rehte’ from Prahaar – The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam, following the film’s trailer launch. Presented by T-Series, the stirring track is composed and sung by Vishal Mishra, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Built around the idea of loving one’s country and finding the courage to stand as its shield, the song becomes a powerful expression of duty, conviction and protection.
The music video brings together visuals from the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and the city that witnessed them, connecting the weight of that night with the legal battle that followed. At its centre is celebrated prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, whose weapon was not force but the law. Through its imagery, ‘Mere Rehte’ introduces the emotional world of Prahaar and the man who chose to pursue justice through India’s legal system, giving the song a larger cinematic context rooted in courage and responsibility.
