MGMH Restarts ‘Good Vibrations’ Mental Health Sharing Circle For Creative Community

New Delhi, 30th September 2026: Music Gets Me High (MGMH), in association with Natural Vibrations, has restarted Good Vibrations, its mental health sharing circle for musicians and members of the creative community. Originally launched as a monthly gathering at Raasta, Delhi, the initiative offered a safe, informal space for people to openly share experiences, challenges and thoughts around mental and emotional wellbeing before being paused during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The initiative recently returned with its first online gathering since the break, bringing together participants from different genders and backgrounds. The session saw people open up about deeply personal experiences, including sexual assault, imposter syndrome and the pressures of creative careers, as well as the tools and practices they use to navigate difficult periods. Rather than focusing on finding solutions, the gathering centred on listening, sharing and reminding participants that they are not alone.

MGMH plans to continue Good Vibrations as a monthly gathering, creating an ongoing community space for conversations around mental health, wellbeing and life in the creative industries. Founder Ritnika Nayan, who also offers one-on-one sessions through Natural Vibrations, says, “The response to our first session back was really special. People were vulnerable, honest and generous in sharing not just their struggles but also what has helped them get through them.”

Nayan says her own experience with healing modalities inspired her to share those learnings with the wider community. Good Vibrations is designed as a peer-sharing and community space and is not intended to replace professional mental health or psychological support. Instead, it aims to give people in the creative community a place to connect, be heard and share their experiences.
