Mumbai, 11th July 2026: Rising Bengaluru singer-songwriter Riddhi Rao is making a striking first impression with her debut EP, “Spiral Theory,” released on July 11, 2026. Known for her captivating live performances and emotionally rich songwriting, the young artist is quickly emerging as one of the city’s most promising independent voices. Blending vulnerability with powerful storytelling, the five-track project explores the emotional highs and lows that shape personal growth, positioning Riddhi as an artist to watch in India’s evolving indie music scene.

At the heart of “Spiral Theory” lies a deeply personal narrative told through five interconnected songs; Nice, Locked Up, Spiral, Too Much, and Rise Up. Together, they form an emotional journey through recurring patterns, inner struggles, healing, and resilience. Riddhi describes the EP as one of the most transformative experiences of her life, and says, “Working on ‘Spiral Theory’ has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It forced me to be vulnerable and taught me a lot about myself and the relationships in my life. Recording these songs with my mentor, Mr. Richard Andrew Dudley, taught me patience, trust, and faith in the process. Though I’m still early in my music career, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my voice and am deeply grateful for all the support I’ve received”. Co-composer and producer, Richard Andrew Dudley, Grammy Member, shares, “I’ve worked with many emerging artists, but Riddhi stands apart. Her versatility across genres is remarkable, and every live performance reflects a level of confidence, authenticity, and artistry that is rare to find.”
