Miss S Bajpai Begins A New Independent Chapter With Hindi Single ‘Doob Jaau’

Mumbai, 20^th October 2026: Singer-songwriter Miss S Bajpai, also known as Shreya Bajpai, has released her new single, “Doob Jaau,” marking her fully independent Hindi debut under a new artist identity. Released during Navratri, the track signals a fresh chapter in her musical journey, shaped by new learnings and possibilities.

“Doob Jaau” explores longing, rejection and the emotional intensity of being drawn to someone. Blending cinematic musical sensibilities with the intimacy of Hindi songwriting, the song captures the tension between what the heart desires and what reality allows. Bajpai’s heartfelt vocals and personal perspective give the track its emotional core.

Produced and engineered by Bhanu Pratap Gill, the single features a cinematic soundscape that complements Bajpai’s songwriting and vocal delivery. The vocals were recorded by Vinayak at SMP Studio. The release also marks a significant step in Bajpai’s independent musical expression, allowing her to connect with listeners through the emotional nuances of Hindi music.

“Doob Jaau” is part of Bajpai’s upcoming project, Gustakhiyan, a collection of songs inspired by mistakes, personal experiences and the lessons they leave behind. Trained in Hindustani classical and Western contemporary music, Bajpai draws from soul, R&B, jazz, pop, reggae, rock and Indian pop. Also, an architect, she brings a diverse creative background to her work as a singer-songwriter.
